Here are Freeman Air we provide our customers with a full documentation of their fire dampers. Included in this report, for regulatory review, is the status of tested fire dampers. 

The report will include... 

  • The completed inspection form for each fire damper, provided by the owner, and
  • 2 photos of each fire damper as follows: 1- actuated and 2 - reset with new fusible link. 

The report will be provided in one hard copy format as well as in electronic format on a CD. In addition the report data will be provided in a Microsoft Excel file so that the information can be imported into the facilities Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
